The NBA Bubble moves into postseason mode, with 16 teams earning a birth in the unique 2019-20 playoffs. We'll take a look at how those teams spent this season, their luxury tax situation, what kind of cap space (practically speaking) each is facing in 2021, & a few other tid bits as well.
