The Falcons have made small but frequent signings this offseason, signing 11 players by way of free agency (2nd only to the Giants). They've added just over $19M in new cap dollars, and still over north of $18M in space heading toward April. Atlanta rebuilt their linebacking core this March, bringing over Brooks Reed from Houston on a 5 year $22 million deal, and Justin Durant from the Cowboys on a 3 year $10.8M contract.
Departures: The Falcons lost LB Sean Weatherspoon and DT Corey Peters to the Cardinals, while WR Harry Douglas has agreed to a deal with the Titans.

As per usual the Ravens have been midly safe this offseason, with the exception of the trade sending DT Haloti Ngata to the Lions. They've cleared more than they've added to their 2015 cap, and carry around $8.3M in space.

The Bills continued their loud offseason by winning out on the Charles Clay sweepstakes. The polarizing TE accepted a 5 year $38M deal with the Bills, including $24.5M guaranteed, and $13M cash upfront. 57% of the dollars signed in free agency are guaranteed, but they've added just $14M in 2015 cap. Buffalo also acquired RB LeSean McCoy from the Eagles and immediately restructure/extended his deal, adding $14.75M in new money, and a total of $18.25M in guarantees over the next two seasons. To compete with E.J. Manuel this summer the Bills brought over Matt Cassel (Vikings), and Tyrod Taylor (Ravens). In addition, the Bills reeled in fullback Jerome Felton from the Vikings (4 year $9.2M), and wildcard Percy Harvin from the Jets (3 year $24M, voidable after 2015.)
