Starting Pitchers
It's extremely safe to say the list of pendingstarting pitcher free agents is downright dreadful. With Stephen Strasburg now extended long-term in Washington, and Andrew Cashner's ERA at nearly 5.50 through June, the best available name currently on the list might just be 36-year-old Rich Hill (OAK).
