With the 2016 MLB regular season winding down we'll take a look at our previous list of players set to hit the free agent market this winter. We've re-calculated our valuations for notable players at each position, providing calculated & likely market value average salary projections for their next contract.

Starting Pitchers
It's extremely safe to say the list of pendingstarting pitcher free agents is downright dreadful. With Stephen Strasburg now extended long-term in Washington, and Andrew Cashner's ERA over 6 since joining Miami, the best available name currently on the list might just be 36-year-old Rich Hill (LAD).
