MLB's Biogenesis Financial Implications

MLB will formally suspend a total of 14 players in connection with the Biogeneis PED investigation. The majority will receive 50 games suspensions, while "repeat" offender Ryan Braun has already been handed 65 games, and Alex Rodriguez 283 games. We'll break down the financial implications for each player currently with a major league salary in terms of days paid through the 2013 season, and in ARod's case - through 2014.

Note: Jhonny Peralta, and Neslon Cruz will be free agents following the 2013 season.
