Best & Worst: 2013 Offseason NFL Signings

With the 2013 NFL season now more than half way completed, we’ll take a quick look back to the major multi-year signings of the 2013 offseason. This can include free agent signings, drafted rookie signings, or teams simply re-signing their own players to long-term extensions.

By drawing in the current True Value Statistic for each player we can assess if the signing was a good/bad value thus far. The following players are the Best and Worst value signings from the 2013 offseason.
